Do I need a Domain Name?
No. A domain name is not essential when hosting with 4d Web Hosting. If you want to signup without you can without any problems since we provide a complementary subdomain for each and every account.
When you signup with 4d Web Hosting we automatically create a sub domaim which you can use for as long as you have the account. The sub domain simply points to your main web folder allowing people to access your site. This sub domain is in the following format:
http://username.4dwebhosting.com/
On a downside to having no domain you will not be able to utilize any of our email features.
